This is a photobook released as a limited edition of the Korean gravure magazine MAXIM Korea. It has not been released in Japan. I've only flipped through it a few times, so the inside is clean. It was stored in a dark place, so there is no sun damage. I do not have any pets. Available for immediate purchase.
