This set includes the salt, an octagonal cone mold for making salt mounds, and small plates. Even those new to making salt mounds can easily create them. 【How to Make Salt Mounds】 ・Fill the octagonal cone mold with Kami-shio to the brim. (Image 4) Make sure the salt reaches the tip of the mold, but don't pack it too tightly. If you pack it too tightly, the salt will not come out of the mold. ・Place the mold filled with Kami-shio on a plate and tap the plate to release the salt. If it doesn't come out easily, shake it up and down gently on the plate, and it should fall out cleanly.
