It's an elegant ice gray color, and a flare skirt made of 100% cotton that's gentle on the skin. It also has a cotton lining, and feels well-made and comfortable to wear. It has a string at the waist, so the size can be adjusted. There are no noticeable stains, but please understand that there may be some oversights.
