These are O'Brien bindings. As you can see in the photos, there is damage to the thin rubber membrane at the back. I think it should be fine to use. Otherwise, I think there is relatively little deterioration. I will include screws, but depending on the wakeboard, there are inch screws and millimeter screws, so they may not fit. The screws included are inch screws. If the screw holes are millimeter screws, please purchase them at a home improvement store. Size is 23-26. No claims, no returns, please.
