You can send a uchiwa letter (a letter written on a fan) in a yellow envelope as standard mail. I bought it because it was cute and I liked it, but I didn't use it, so I'm selling it. It's new and unused, but it was stored on a shelf, so the yellow envelope seems to have a few wrinkles. Please understand this before purchasing. I will ship it via non-standard mail.
