This is a SHARP Healsio KN-HW16D-R in red. It is completely unused, but as shown in the fourth photo, there is a scratch on the back, so it is being sold at a reduced price. There are no problems with the product itself, but the outer box has some scratches. It will be wrapped in a box and shipped. Since it has never been used, I think it is new (clean) enough to be used in a home. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. Thank you.
