The art direction was handled by SKATE THING (Ske Shin), making this a single that encapsulates the culture of the time. Regarding the condition of the item: This is a former rental item. The plastic part at the bottom of the tray is detached, but this does not affect the storage of the jacket or disc. There are some light scratches on the disc surface, but I have confirmed that it plays stably to the end without skipping on my player.
