This is a brand new, unworn Mina Perhonen Frost Garden dress in size 36. This is an extremely rare, made-to-order item, exclusive to the "Mina Perhonen Blue" event at Mitsukoshi Nihombashi, with a limited production run. I believe the production numbers were low. I believe it's made from the same fabric as the egg bag and coupe bag sold at the "Mina Perhonen Blue" event at Isetan Shinjuku. I lined up before the store opened on the first day and ordered it without hesitation when I found out they were taking made-to-order requests for the Frost Garden dress, which hadn't been announced beforehand. After it arrived, it was so beautiful that I couldn't bring myself to wear it, and I've kept it stored on a hanger with a cover. I believe the bags made from the same fabric were sold at Isetan Shinjuku, but I don't think the clothing was sold there, so this is a truly rare item.
