At that time, the grain side (surface) becomes unnecessary. Due to the process of skiving, the thickness is not uniform and is basically skived at a smooth angle. The thickness is approximately 2.5mm to just under 1mm. It can be used for practice such as stamping, dyeing, carving, wet forming, and squeezing, as well as for making tags, small items, samples, and more.
