I've made a custom carbon fiber part to allow the use of shorty LiPo batteries in the Tamiya M-07! Made by Warabiyama Carbon! It's made to fit the M-07R carbon battery holder, so for the standard battery holder, you'll need the 5.0 x 7.0 x 7.5mm spacers shown in images 7 and 8. Adjust the space between the battery and the holder with commercially available sponge tape, etc. Can also be used on the M-08. *Although it's new and unused, please understand that there may be some minor scratches.
