There are no major tears or missing pages in the main magazine, but there is some yellowing due to aging. There is a slight smell of paper typical of old books.
This is a used item that has been in someone's hands once. Please note that there may be oversights such as minor scratches and damage from storage.
Other notes: It has been stored at home. I have cats, so it is not recommended for those with allergies. Also, cat hair may be attached/mixed in.
