Product Description Beyond human effort, the authentic aged sake "Suminoe" has been brewed over a period of thirty-six years and is a Kokuto Shochu made by Ishihara Shuzo. Since receiving this unrefined sake, it has been aged for over thirty-six years in our warehouse. This unique unrefined sake, made using traditional methods, has developed a deep flavor over its long aging period. This unrefined sake is adorned with a handmade Japanese paper label, dyed using "Kusaki-zome," one of the traditional dyeing techniques of Amami Oshima. Each label is a work of art, handcrafted by artisans, so no two are alike. Please enjoy this rare unrefined sake, which can no longer be produced, along with its unique label.
