This is an antique-style light stand that has already been discontinued. Jiji's whiskers have fallen off due to aging. What appears to be rust is actually part of the antique processing. The light does turn on, but the on/off switch has poor contact due to age. You can still switch it on and off by fiddling with the switch. There is also some slight soiling on the lampshade, which is difficult to see in the images. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. We will pack it carefully to prevent the glass from breaking during shipping.
