This is a special limited edition set of four goshuin (temple seals) commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Showa era at the Gion Matsuri in 2025 (Reiwa 7). Each goshuin is offered by the respective Yama-Hoko town to celebrate the "Showa Centennial." Each goshuin embodies the characteristics, history, and thoughts of the Yama-Hoko town regarding the Showa era. Ayagasahoko: Depicts the dancers of the Bohuri-Hayashi (stick-wielding music). The characters "Showa Centennial Commemoration" and "Restoration 46 Years" are inscribed. Kikusuihoko: Features designs of "chrysanthemum" and "water," inspired by the name of the Hoko. The characters "Kikusui," which symbolizes both the festival and medicinal hot springs. Tōrōyama: The design of the praying mantis is drawn in red, with a large celebration of "Showa Centennial." One of the unique Yama-Hoko at the Gion Matsuri. Shijokasahoko: Commemorating the 40th anniversary of its reconstruction, the design includes a parasol and pine tree.
