This is a book I bought when I was working in customer service because I wanted to learn. I haven't used it extensively, so it's in good condition! Please consider carefully before purchasing if you are concerned about it being used. I was able to become the No. 1 ranked employee in customer service, so this book was one of several I read, and I was grateful for it.
