I received this item as new and unused. I've used each color 2 or 3 times. There are no stains, but Since this was used by a baby and has been stored at home, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. As a bonus, I'll include a white ribbon headband purchased at Birthday. I only tried it on, and haven't used it.
