We have confirmed the operation and there seem to be no issues with the left/right sorting mechanism during insertion, the pusher operation, the LED operation, or the sound operation. There is no impact on gameplay, but the small top lid screw will not turn. Four D-cell batteries are required separately. The dedicated coins are included as shown in the photos, approximately 150 coins. There may be missing parts. Please check the photos for details. We will ship with bubble wrap around the outer box.
