I believe this is a Katsudon face due to its considerable hardness and the numbers written on the back, but I'm not certain, so please judge based on the images. The center of the face is thin, but I think it's still usable. It has been sanded. It floats, so double-sided tape is required. The surface dirt has been removed with sandpaper and bleach.
