I am selling these because my child has outgrown them. I only used them for one season. They come with three size-adjusting insoles, so I think they can fit from about 22cm to 23.5cm. The red lines have some black marks. The soles light up, which is cute. There are other stains, so please check the photos. *The items for sale are only what is shown in the photos.
