This is the nostalgic Print Gocco PG-10, which was a big hit for New Year's cards and other uses. I haven't been able to confirm that the main unit turns on. No lamp. The ink is hardened at the mouth and won't come out, but the contents are soft, so if you need it, try cutting or squeezing it out. An illustration collection is also included.
