This is a large Imari-style plate. The treasure ship plate has a popular "Ige-cha" brown edge, bears the mark of Kogyosha of Arita town, and is a rare piece from the transitional period, as it has the Arita town mark on an Imari-made piece. The plate with the ring-flower edge is stamped with cranes, turtles, plovers on waves, and pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms in abundance. There are no noticeable cracks or chips.
