I purchased this item this year and have worn it about 5 times. There is no major damage, but the fabric around the crotch is slightly thinner, and there are a few spots where threads are pulled. The fabric is prone to fuzzing and pilling, so there is some wear and tear despite the limited use. I think it can be cleaned up with a fabric shaver, but I'm selling it as is.
