This is a JILLSTUART culotte skirt. I am the second owner. The fabric has the JILLSTUART logo on it, and it's JILL's original fabric, which is very stylish and cute. It looks like a skirt, but it's a culotte, so it's a safe design. I forgot I had bought it, and I outgrew it before I could wear it much. It's very cute, and I hope someone will wear it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as it has been worn by a child.
