By making the bottom angle 27 degrees and further increasing the layering height, we've achieved a structure that maximizes the flavor of the coffee. This is the ultimate dripper, designed through the science of extraction. The height of the ribs is exquisitely designed to maintain an appropriate air layer between the coffee paper filter and the dripper throughout the process, while also creating sufficient osmotic pressure within the dripper to extract delicious coffee. The size of the extraction holes is optimal, ensuring the paper's strength is maintained throughout and the extraction speed is not reduced. The shape allows for direct dripping into a coffee cup. The base of the dripper has a dome-shaped curve, designed to slightly distance the dripper from the cup, preventing the tip of the paper from immersing in the coffee dripped into the cup. ● Made in Japan
