This is the classic VOX A847 wah pedal. Made in the USA. The film on the back plate has not been peeled off. The foot rubber and pedal cushion rubber have also been replaced. This pedal originally only used a 9V battery, but I found it troublesome to insert batteries, so I modified and installed a DC adapter jack. I apologize, but please note that the 9V battery terminals have been removed. Operation has been confirmed. Thank you.
