This is a sheer kimono fabric. The manufacturer's name appears to be "潮さいきもの" (Shio Saikimono?). I cannot confirm the condition of the fabric inside the tied bundle, but the visible areas appear to be free of stains. It has been stored at my parents' house for a long time.
