The flavor will gradually diminish compared to when it was freshly made. We inspect the nori, but since it is a natural product harvested from the sea, small shells or shrimp may be attached. They can be easily removed by scratching with your fingernail, but if you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing. "Whole sheet" refers to nori that is 21 x 19 cm!
