Thank you for viewing. Purchased in March 2025, this item is new and unused as I decided to install a different hanger hook. (Screws and anchor bolts are also unused.) Install by screwing into the wall and hooking the screws into the holes on the back of the main unit. Anchor bolts are used for installation on walls such as plasterboard.
