This is a pale yellow sleeveless baby blouse with frills and embroidery. The back is also very cute, with flower-shaped buttons. It's labeled as 24 months, which I've listed as size 90, but the neckline is a bit snug. As you can see in photos 9-11, there are some loose threads and slight fabric pulls.
