There is no obi. The case has some minor scratches, but no cracks. The CD has only a few small scratches and does not affect playback. The booklet has slight marks from the case on the lower left corner throughout (as indicated by the circle in the first image). Because of this, I have listed it as having some scratches and dirt, but otherwise, there are no major issues.
