This is a book by Takumi Murayama, who also appears on television. My daughter, who does rhythmic gymnastics, took lessons from Mr. Murayama and became more flexible. She continued to use the techniques in this book before and after her lessons until she retired. The book on the right is signed and has my daughter's name in it.
