This is a cute fleece bear-hooded kigurumi (animal onesie). I purchased it on Amazon and my child wore it once to Disneyland. There is a small stain on the inside of the hood, which is not visible when worn, so please check the photos (photo 7). It was only worn once, so there are no other noticeable scratches or stains.
