New with tags, this is a short-length innerwear item from Vin, a brand under the Yamadaya group. (T-shirt?) It's black with vertical ribbing and has a sparkly appearance. The short length makes it a good match for pants or skirts. I think it would also work well as an inner layer for a suit. Made of 100% polyester, it should be very comfortable to wear.
