There is a zipper on the side to take things out. Can be used as a tote bag or a backpack. The inside is black and has a pocket that can fit an A4 clear file. When used as a tote bag, the backpack straps can be shortened and secured with snaps so they don't get in the way. There is no major damage, and it can still be used. There is a pen stain of about 3mm (see image 7). Cleaned at home. This was used by my child. Please purchase only if you understand that it is home-stored and USED.
