I've lowered the price only on December 7th after receiving comments, from 5990 yen. This is a single teacup made by Matsutani, created for a chabako (tea box). The bottom is marked with "Goraidaifu Goshozuizo" (五良大甫 呉祥瑞造). I received this as a gift, so the details are unknown. I've been storing it for several years and am selling it to organize my belongings. The furidashi (tea caddy) and chakin-zutsu (tea cloth tube) were not originally included. It appears to be a Kyoyaki (Kyoto-style pottery) kiln that imitates Shonzui ware, but I am not familiar with tea utensils, so please make your judgment based on the images. The red painting and gold leaf circular patterns can be enjoyed from three directions. It is clean with no cracks or chips, but a portion of the inside of the teacup has no glaze, perhaps due to the manufacturing process, and lacks luster. That part is a light beige color. The wooden box in the included images is slightly dirty. I ask for your understanding of the above. Please ask any questions in the comments. Shipping will be via Takkyubin (Yamato Transport) size 60, with the item carefully packaged in the included wooden box.
