This is a Happiness Charge PreCure hanten (a type of traditional Japanese winter coat), also known as a chanchanko. Size: 110cm It can be worn anytime it's chilly, and you can even sleep in it. I also used to put it on my daughter when we went for walks. It's light, warm, and cute, and my daughter loved it.
