Please note that there is some staining on the inner fabric, as shown in image 6. I think it can still be used for both business and casual occasions. I remember buying it for around 50,000 yen at the time. There is a gusset pad (approx. 9 x 41.5 cm) in image 3, so it's usually flat, but you can insert the pad when you need more capacity to use it with a gusset.
