This is a tea ceremony utensil, a haiki (ash container) made by Takushiro Kishida of the Katsura Kiln, Yunka-yaki ware. I believe it is unused, but due to long-term storage, I'm listing it as "near mint." There are no noticeable chips or cracks. The item is in very beautiful condition overall. There are minor scratches on the bottom, which are not very noticeable.
