This is a PET bottle holder that came with Kenko Mineral Mugicha (barley tea). It's a set of Kuromi and Pompompurin, so it would be cute for couples, parents and children, or for children to use as pairs. It's a used item, so there may be some dust, but there is no noticeable deterioration and I think it can still be used.
