This is a Uniqlo cardigan I bought a few years ago. The color is navy, and it's easy to match with both pants and skirts. I haven't worn it that many times, but there is some fading typical of navy on the neck and sleeves. It's not that noticeable at a glance, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It has creases from being folded and stored.
