Purchased from the Baycrews Store, which carries IENA and Spick & Span items. It came with pads, but they didn't fit, so I removed them and unfortunately lost them. Therefore, it will be sold without pads. There are bust pockets, so you can insert your own. It has a layered look and is stylish. It seems like it would be great to wear with a shirt over it in the coming season. Worn only once.
