This is a sale of Baikinman only. It comes with a rubber string, so you can play with it like a yo-yo. It can be hung on a hook or carabiner, so you don't have to worry about losing it. There's a bell inside that makes a sound. I bought it for my child, but they didn't play with it at all, so the rubber string isn't stretched and it's in good condition.
