Used for approximately one and a half years, primarily at events. I purchased it used. I have only tried it indoors. I have wiped it down with pet disinfectant wipes and washed and air-dried the cot. There are fine scratches and dirt overall due to use, on the tires, frame, cot bottom, and underside. Please check the actual images to confirm the condition, and please understand and accept that this is a used pet product before purchasing. I am careful, but I apologize if there are any overlooked pet hairs or condition issues. There is no instruction manual.
