Mouthpiece Effecter (Large) This device significantly changes the blowing feel when attached to the cup of a mouthpiece. It could be used with mouthpieces from Bach, Bob Reeves (one-piece), Tilz, etc. There is discoloration due to aging. The original screw was missing when purchased, so I've attached a suitable one I had at home, but it can be used without tightening the screw. I've forgotten the manufacturer. Please note that the mouthpiece in the image is not included. How about it if you want to make it heavier?
