It's a bright, almost fluorescent, light green color. (Photo 2 is the closest representation.) The waist and legs have adjustable sizing. It's a beautiful color and very cute. Purchased new and worn for two seasons. Home cleaned. There's some wear on the collar, a name written on the tag, and a small scratch on the lower right leg (Photos 4 and 5). There are no other noticeable scratches or stains. My child used this outdoors.
