I purchased this item used and have been using it while maintaining it. Based on the 11th photo, it appears to have been manufactured in September 2000, so it's likely a pre-millennium Pavoni. Therefore, the basket size is 49mm, and it has a resin piston. Before listing, I descaled it and replaced the group head gasket with a new one. Since I purchased it, there has been a slight water leak from the connection between the boiler and the steam valve, but this does not affect espresso extraction. The steam nozzle has been customized to a 2.0mm single-hole, so it has strong power and is easier to make frothed milk. In addition to what is shown in the photos, I will also include two unused gaskets, the original three-hole tip, and a conversion plug.
