This is a Wii Tatacon (Taiko Drum Master drum controller). *Added 8/27* I felt the Tatacon's responsiveness was poor, so I opened it up and made some adjustments. It worked fine then, but I can't confirm its functionality now, so I don't know if it's usable. There is no box. There are some stains on the drum surface that I couldn't remove. Other than the above points, it's generally clean. Since the operation is unconfirmed, please consider it a junk item. The price is mostly for shipping, so I can't lower it any further.
