My daughter, who is 65cm and 7.5kg, fit perfectly in this, so I think it's around size 70. I've worn it 2 or 3 times, but there are no noticeable scratches or stains. The item is a foreign product, so there may be some loose stitching. I've included images in the 3rd and 4th photos, but there may be more. It didn't cause any problems when worn.
