70's Vintage U.S. ARMY PARKA EXTREME COLD WEATHER This is a 1970s U.S. Army M-65 field parka (commonly known as a mod coat). This popular model served as the inspiration for mod coats from various brands. The real thing has an undeniable atmosphere and is incredibly cool. Kunichi Nomura is also a fan. This one was made in 1976 by DPSC/DEFENSE PERSONNEL SUPPORT CENTER (U.S. Army Supply Department), an internal military manufacturer, rather than an external one. The zipper is SCOVILL.
