This is a Uniqlo Ultra Light Down Compact Coat. It's a discontinued item, a rare coat with 90% down and 10% heather. The color is dark green, which also looks like dark gray or black. It has zippered pockets on both sides. The collar can be buttoned inside to create a V-shape and make it less noticeable. It's recommended as an inner down coat, or for travel in case it might be cold, and also for home use because it's very light.
